You are giving your children an amazing childhood. Your kids know they are loved, and their lives and voices are important.
And it's so hard.
You think it's hard because you’re doing it wrong or just aren’t good enough.
Motherhood is not supposed to be this exhausting, this overwhelming, this all-consuming, and draining. We were never meant to do this alone.
We're supposed to do this together.
Drink Deep is where you will reclaim the support you were supposed to have before patriarchy, capitalism, and the trappings of modern motherhood stole them from you.
Inside this private space hosted on Circle, you’ll find education, inspiration, and care.
Through group coaching, live calls, guided journaling, and more, you’ll discover how fulfilling your needs as a human being will help you have a more joyous, liberated, and supported experience of motherhood.
Each of the topics we explore are aspects of life that capitalist patriarchy has conditioned us to surrender in the name of being “good women,” “good wives,” and “good mothers.”
When you reclaim these, you reclaim your ability to show up for yourself as powerfully as you do for your children — without burning out — and you start modeling true liberation for your little ones.

No pressure to do them all! Take what you need, as you need it.
Daily in the group.
You don’t need to ask for help. We offer live calls and written prompts every week, and you take what you need.
Weekly in the group.
Get the continued support you need to follow through so that your changes will stick.
Whenever you need it!
During the April cohort, our theme is VOICE, and we will explore the beliefs you formed in childhood around being heard, how we have all been socialized to use our voices (or not), and how that affects you as a mother and as a human being today.
At the end of this month, you will have clarity about what you want to say and the courage to use your voice in your life.
Choose when to set boundaries, and know that when you stand up, your voice will be strong — instead of constantly swallowing or constantly fighting.
Walk into that meeting with your boss with confidence, knowing that you are clear on what you need and what you have to offer.
Open up to your husband about your needs in a way that is loving and rooted in equality — not begging or nagging.
We know a lot of household budgets are strained right now, and we also want this support to be as widely available as possible, so we offer two price points.
These price points are based on what you need, and do not affect what you receive. That means everyone gets the same access and support, regardless of which price you choose.
We trust that you know what you can and cannot afford.

You're not broken. You are a GREAT mom who is mothering in a broken system. And it's time to show up for yourself as powerfully as you show up for your children. Learn to use your voice in your relationship, at work, with family, and with friends.
Those myths that we all believe about motherhood — including that there's a perfect way to do it — are rooted in capitalism, white supremacy, and patriarchy. Learn to use your voice to name the patterns and systems with confidence.
We fight the overwhelm and isolation by building meaningful connections, learning from each other, and supporting each other. Learn to use your voice to connect to other moms.
Your life can be full of peace, joy, connection, courage, community, and rest. Yes, even right now, in 2025.
You show up for your partner. You show up for your friends and your parents.
Showing up for yourself gets pushed further and further down the list until you fall off the page.
I’m a maternal mental health advocate, speaker, and coach who helps moms reconnect with their whole human selves. I’ve supported more than 3,000 moms as they placed their names at the top of their priority list (minus the guilt or shame).
I offer education, support, and accountability to ensure that you create meaningful and lasting change in your life. In our work together, we'll break down how these systems are impacting you on a personal level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Capitalism? Patriarchy? Huh?
These are large systems and ideas, and it can be hard to wrap your head around how they show up in the small moments of your life. We break it down into simple terms. You don't have to learn any terminology to join. Your lived experience is enough.
Is this therapy?
Nope! Graeme is not a licensed therapist and does not offer therapy. This is group coaching focused on creating practical changes in your life. It is a wonderful complement to therapeutic work.
How private is it?
You can only access the community by becoming a member. No one outside of Drink Deep will see what you post or share, and together, we will make commitments to each other about privacy.
You can read Circle's Privacy Policy here.
How much do I have to participate?
It's really up to you. How much support do you need right now? At minimum, attend the workshop. Each week, there will be things to read, respond to, and watch — what you choose to consume is totally up to you. This is a menu for your heart and soul.
What is Circle?
Circle is the online platform for Drink Deep. It works like a private social media platform, where we can share posts, videos, and Live sessions — directly in the community!
You can access the Drink Deep community from the Circle app or your web browser on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Which price should I choose?
Choose the one that will allow you to say yes to this work and to show up fully. Graeme won't know what you've paid and neither will the other moms.
And we get that you may not be ready to join in quite yet.
You can sign up for more information about Drink Deep and a reminder of the last day to join by using the button below.
It is the most petty of pet peeves. I CAN’T STAND IT.
And it’s everywhere, because as much as it makes no sense, we all understand what it’s supposed to mean.
But really, it doesn’t make sense. WHO TF POURS FROM A CUP?! I have poured from a container of milk, from a jug of juice, from a carafe of coffee, and from a pitcher of water just this morning. I poured into cups, and various people drank from the cups. But none of us poured from a cup.
Because cups are for drinking, not pouring.
And so I started using the imagery of “a sip of self-care” to play with that infamous phrase. Because we can all take a sip. But you aren’t here because you need a small sip.
You’re here because you’re ready to drink deep. In Drink Deep, we fill your cup to the top, and encourage you to drink it all down (and refill it again, as often as needed).
Because when we are full, we can give from our overflow. We can do the things we want to do and show up as the people we truly are when we are nourished and replenished and giving from that overflow.
It can be scary (and a little lonely) journeying into ourselves. You aren’t alone, though. There are moms walking parallel paths all around you. We can all cheer each other on and cheer you on if you’ll let us.
It’s time to pick up your cup and drink deep.
Take good care,
Graeme
